Boll**ks to Cling Film has been a huge success, so in 2020 we launched these new, improved, thicker, higher quality versions at a lower price. Six washable food grade (BPA free) silicone covers for bowls, cans, plates and cups that help you say “Boll**ks” to cling film and replace it with this reusable version.

We use them to help slash food waste by preserving partially used portions of food or keeping bowls, plates or cups of leftovers fresh for the following day.

THE WHAT?

Washable, reusable silicone food covers to preserve food its original container or leftovers in bowls, on plates or in whatever round container you are using. The covers come in six sizes from 6.5 cm to 21 cm to help cover a wider variety of containers and crockery. These can be hand washed or put into a dishwasher to be cleaned and ready for reuse over and over again. 

Responding to the feedback of our customers and retailers, these now come in a recyclable or compostable cardboard box. 

THE WHY?

Let’s be honest about this (we always are), silicone is a form of plastic, it does not biodegrade in any sensible timescale, so we are not going to make any claims that it will. What these will do is help prevent food waste and assist you in avoiding single-use, unrecyclable plastic. This product will help reduce demand for virgin plastic, which is why we are comfortable to put our name to it.
