Delivery and Shipping Policy

Mobile orders are for local delivery within the Greater Manchester Area. 

Postal orders are welcome and are subject to Postal Fees. We will be expanding the postal service in time. 

We aim to ship your order within 2-3 days of ordering via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for- this service can take up to 5 working days to complete during busy periods. 

You will be provided with a tracking number via email to track the status of your order. You can track the status of your order HERE

Local delivery

Door Step Refillery will deliver to you if you live in or around Greater Manchester. 

Please email if you live outside this area as I may be able to accommodate you.

Your order will be delivered to you following communication via Instagram, Messenger, Text or Email. This will all be agreed during our communication. 

A safe place to deliver or find your bottles will be clarified. 

For refill orders please leave your clean, dry, empty bottles in an accessible and safe place to be filled.

Over 8 Miles £3 delivery fee 

Over 10 Miles £5 delivery fee
