About Me

I started my journey at the start of the 2020 Lockdown as part of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

I found there to be a gap in the market and people were looking for home delivered products, in particular, refillable options and a more accessible way to find Eco-friendly options.

At the same time our family were faced with our little boy having Allergies. We started to think a little more 'outside-the-box' with how we approached our lifestyle as a whole.

Many families are faced with looking for products that are Allergy Friendly. At Door Step Refillery, I've done the hard work for you! 

By offering a mobile, contact free delivery service, I was able to reach out across communities and families alike.

I am aiming to help people reduce their waste one plastic bottle at a time. I will assist you in making small changes without feeling overwhelmed. 

All of my products have been carefully selected and meet not only our needs, but yours too. I have a wide range of Vegan products, Allergy friendly products and products that contain only the finest, Natural Ingredients.

All of these products have the relevant certification for their product type. 

I aim to be transparent and offer friendly, helpful advise where I can. My previous 'trade' is Nursing (RGN) and Midwife (RM) for 13 years.

I am proud to be Family Run and have huge ambitions for the future.
